Absolutely. We provide full guidance to help you prepare for your engagement session, including location suggestions, wardrobe tips, and scheduling based on optimal lighting conditions. We aim to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience that reflects your personality as a couple.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy can be found here, but to summarize:

The booking retainer is non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with adequate notice.

Cancellations made with short notice or no-shows may result in a charge of the full session fee.

We encourage open communication as early as possible so we can best accommodate any changes.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. All packages include high-resolution digital files delivered through a private online gallery. Professional prints, wall art, and custom-designed albums are also available upon request. We are happy to assist you in selecting the best presentation options for your photographs.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes, we do. Clow Multimedia is a full-service photography and videography company. Whether you're planning a wedding, branding shoot, or special event, we offer cohesive photo and video coverage to ensure your story is captured beautifully in both stills and motion. If you're booking photography only but want to add video, we're happy to customize a package that fits your needs.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Certainly. we welcome your input and encourage clients to share any specific ideas, poses, or important moments they want captured. While we aim to provide creative direction during the session, we are always happy to incorporate your preferences.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, we recommend a consultation prior to your session,either in person or via video call. This allows us to discuss your vision, address any questions, and ensure we are fully aligned on expectations before the session date.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Delivery timelines vary depending on the session type. Typically, final edited images are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks for portrait sessions, and 4 to 5 weeks for weddings or larger events. Preview images or a sneak peek are often provided shortly after the session.
