Cancellation Policy
At Clow Multimedia, we know that life happens. Schedules shift, surprise events pop up, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule. We’ve crafted this cancellation policy to be fair for everyone—protecting both your time and ours.
🗓️ Booking & Retainer
To lock in your date, a non-refundable retainer (typically 25–50% of your total package) is required at the time of booking. This ensures that your spot is reserved and we turn down other clients for that date.
❌ Cancellations
14+ Days Notice: If you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled session or event, no further payment is required. Your retainer remains non-refundable, but we can apply it to a future session within 6 months.
Less Than 14 Days Notice: If you cancel within 14 days, 50% of your total fee (including retainer) will be due. This helps cover prep, planning, and lost opportunity costs.
72 Hours or Less: If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, the full balance is due.
🔁 Rescheduling
One-time reschedules with at least 7 days’ notice are allowed at no extra cost.
Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may incur a rescheduling fee (typically $50–$150, depending on the session type).
Rescheduled sessions must occur within 3 months of the original date unless otherwise agreed.
🌧️ Weather & Emergencies
Outdoor shoots are subject to Mother Nature's mood swings. We’re flexible when it comes to weather reschedules.
In the event of an emergency (yours or ours), we’ll work together to reschedule or refund fairly based on the situation.
🚫 No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their session or event without prior notice will forfeit the full session fee and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
🎬 Final Thoughts
We respect your time, and we appreciate the same in return. If something comes up, communicate early and we’ll do our best to work with you. At the end of the day, our goal is to deliver an amazing experience—and some stunning visuals to match.
